We started TableOS because we ran restaurants ourselves — and hated every POS software we tried.

In 2019, our founders ran three restaurants across Pune and Mumbai. Between juggling billing, kitchen chaos, staff attendance and inventory — we spent more time fighting software than serving guests. So we quit complaining and built our own.

01 Does TableOS work without an internet connection?

Yes — fully offline. You can create bills, print receipts and view daily reports with zero internet. All data is stored locally and syncs to the cloud the moment your connection is back. Not a single bill is ever lost.

02 How long does setup take? Do I need IT support?

Most outlets are live within 24 hours. Our team handles everything — menu upload, printer setup, staff accounts and your first test bill. No IT background needed. We even do setup over a WhatsApp video call if you prefer.

03 Do I need to buy special hardware or a POS machine?

No proprietary hardware required. TableOS runs on any Android phone, tablet or Windows laptop. Any standard Bluetooth or LAN thermal printer works. Hardware bundles are available but completely optional.

04 Is GST billing handled automatically?

Yes, fully automatic. Configure your GSTIN once and TableOS handles CGST/SGST/IGST on every bill. Tax invoices are generated with HSN/SAC codes and all required fields. Monthly GSTR-1 export is available in Excel and JSON.

05 Can I upgrade plans as my business grows?

Yes — and it's seamless. All your menu, sales history, customer data and settings carry over automatically when you upgrade from QuickBill → RestoPro → HotelSuite. Billing is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remaining days.

Plans start from ₹999/month for QuickBill POS. RestoPro Suite starts at ₹2,499/month and HotelSuite PMS at ₹4,999/month. No hidden fees whatsoever — onboarding, training, software updates and 24/7 support are all included in every plan.
